QUOTA Support
Help for both QUOTA CORE and QUOTA OVERLOAD. When you contact us, tell us which app you are using and include the version shown in its Settings screen.
Which QUOTA app should I use?
Choose QUOTA CORE when you want short, flexible core sessions built around a weekly commitment and today’s equipment. Choose QUOTA OVERLOAD when you want a structured Base or nSuns strength program with detailed set logging, accessories, rest timing, and equipment substitutions. They are separate apps and keep separate training records.
How does iCloud backup and sync work?
Each app keeps its own private iCloud copy in your Apple Account when iCloud is available. Sync runs automatically after changes and can also be started from the app. The recovery controls can compare local data with iCloud and restore missing history from up to seven daily recovery versions. CORE and OVERLOAD do not share training data with each other.
What does Apple Health access do?
Apple Health sharing is off until you enable it in Settings. When enabled, the selected QUOTA app writes completed workouts as traditional strength-training workouts with their start and end time. Neither app requests read access to Apple Health, and neither saves calorie estimates.
Why am I not receiving reminders or rest alerts?
Open the app’s Settings and confirm the reminder or alert is enabled, then check Settings > Notifications on your iPhone. OVERLOAD next-set alerts require notification permission and only fire when a rest timer ends while the app is not active. Its Live Activity is a separate setting.
Can I export my training data?
Yes. In Settings, use Export Training Data to create a readable JSON file containing the current app’s plan, settings, progression, and workout history. The file leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Store it as carefully as you would any other fitness record.
How do I reset or delete training history?
In QUOTA CORE, choose Reset Training Data in Settings. In QUOTA OVERLOAD, use Delete Program and Training History from Progress. Confirming the action clears that app’s local program and training history and propagates the reset to its private iCloud record. OVERLOAD retains your app settings and custom exercises. Copies you exported and workouts already written to Apple Health must be deleted from those destinations separately.
Before sending a support report
Include the app name, iPhone model, iOS version, app version and build, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose more workout or health information than you are comfortable sharing. Never send an Apple Account password, verification code, or unnecessary health information.
