COREOVERLOAD

QUOTA

Build the habit. Progress the load.

Two focused iPhone apps for training with the time and equipment you actually have. CORE turns consistency into a flexible weekly practice. OVERLOAD keeps structured strength work moving when the planned station is not available.

Two jobs. Two apps.

Choose the constraint you want to solve.

These are separate downloads with separate training records. Use either one on its own, or keep both for different parts of your training week.

QUOTA

CORE

A core routine sized for real life.

Commit to a number of sessions, choose today's equipment and available time, then let completed work guide the next prescription. No streaks. No fixed weekdays.

  • Choose a weekly quota of two, three, or four sessions
  • Pick a five-, eight-, ten-, twelve-, or fifteen-minute session
  • Train with bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, or Tonal
  • Progress each equipment track from completed work and effort feedback
  • See movement setup, execution, and safety guidance before a set
  • Review your calendar, workout history, and progression rules

QUOTA

OVERLOAD

Structured progression without a brittle gym plan.

Run a high-volume strength program, record every set, and make explicit, movement-matched substitutions when a rack, bench, cable, machine, or digital station changes the day.

  • Choose the Base or nSuns program family and the schedule that fits
  • Log prescribed sets, AMRAP results, accessories, rest, and volume
  • Swap a main lift for a movement-matched station when equipment changes
  • Start from conservative, editable estimates that learn exact replacements
  • Use a configurable plate calculator in pounds or kilograms
  • Keep workout and rest progress visible with an optional Live Activity

Shared foundation

Your training record stays yours.

Both apps use the same privacy-conscious foundation, with Apple services available only when they add something useful and you choose to use them.

Private by default

No NovoBuild account, advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. Your training record begins on your iPhone.

Recovery you control

Protected local backups, optional private iCloud sync, and up to seven daily cloud recovery versions.

Apple Health is optional

Turn it on to write completed workouts and their duration. Neither app requests permission to read health data.

Portable history

Export a readable JSON copy of your plan, settings, progression, and workout history whenever you choose.

In private testing

Deliberate before public release.

Both apps are being tested before their public App Store release. The product, privacy, support, accessibility, and safety pages are available now so the promise is clear before the download button appears.
