Approach Daily Support
Gameplay help, progress sync, Apple services, and troubleshooting for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Quick start
Select a flight, read its rule, choose a runway when the mission asks for one, and assign a landing slot. Once every flight is placed, run the plan. Altitude and final approach are handled automatically.
A plan is marked unsafe
Read the highlighted rule and affected flight, then choose Rewind. Change the runway, landing slot, or flight order and run the plan again. Rewinding has no penalty.
Progress differs between devices
Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud enabled for Approach Daily. Open the game while online and allow a moment for the most recent progress to merge.
Game Center is offline
Approach Daily remains fully playable. To use leaderboards and achievements, sign in to Game Center in system Settings, confirm the device is online, and reopen the game.
Replay the tutorial or turn sound off
Open Settings + Help from Home or while planning. You can reopen the six guided tutorial lessons, review the rules and board symbols, and switch sound on or off.
The game is not responding as expected
Fully close and reopen Approach Daily, then restart the device if needed. On iPhone or iPad, play in landscape orientation. Before reinstalling, remember that deleting the app removes local progress; an iCloud copy is available only when iCloud sync has completed.
