Privacy Policy for Approach Daily
Effective date: August 2, 2026
Approach Daily does not require an account, contain advertising, or use analytics or tracking. Progress is stored locally and may synchronize through your private iCloud account.
Information NovoBuild Does Not Collect
Approach Daily does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising identifiers, or payment-card information.
NovoBuild does not operate a separate game server or store a separate copy of your game progress, Daily Trio results, Game Center identity, leaderboard scores, or achievements.
Local Progress and iCloud
The game stores campaign progress, daily results, settings, and statistics locally on your device.
If iCloud is available, Approach Daily may store a private synchronized copy in your iCloud account so progress can merge across compatible Apple devices. NovoBuild does not operate a game server and does not have access to that private iCloud data. Apple provides iCloud under its own privacy policy and terms.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you use it, Apple provides authentication, leaderboards, achievements, and friends features. Approach Daily sends eligible scores and achievement progress to Game Center. NovoBuild does not operate a separate Game Center database or combine that activity with advertising or analytics data.
Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Approach Daily contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. NovoBuild does not sell personal information or share game data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Removal
Deleting the app removes locally stored game data. A synchronized copy may remain in your private iCloud storage until you remove it through your Apple device or iCloud settings.
Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated if the game or legal requirements change. The revised policy will appear here with a new effective date.
