Swimward Accessibility

Updated: August 26, 2026

Swimward: Your Swim Companion is available on the App Store. NovoBuild built Swimward with native Apple interface technologies and designed it to support Apple accessibility settings from the first release.

Accessibility design goals

  • Dynamic Type — text and layouts that adapt to larger reading sizes.
  • VoiceOver labels and logical navigation for primary actions and swim recaps.
  • Progress conveyed with text, numbers, and structure — never by color alone.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected, including the animated cove scene.
  • Light and dark appearances.
  • Native Apple system controls for Health permissions, notifications, and workout scheduling.

This statement describes the current release design and known limitations; it is not a formal accessibility conformance audit. Accessibility can also be affected by device model, operating-system version, text size, and language.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Anyone who encounters an accessibility barrier or has a question can email support@novobuild.net with the subject “Swimward Accessibility.” If possible, include the device model, operating-system version, the accessibility feature in use, and the screen or action involved.

NovoBuild reviews accessibility feedback as part of ongoing development.
