Swimward: Your Swim Companion is available now on the App Store for iPhone. It imports completed swimming workouts from Apple Health and turns each one into a clear receipt, credible same-pool context, and one conservative next step.

The included experience provides swim history, the latest receipt, a steady next-swim plan, saved plans, Ripple companion growth, and the first three visible discoveries. There are no streaks to lose.

An optional one-time Swimward Lifetime unlock adds weekly and four-week progress, every plan intent, custom and saved pool profiles, the complete discovery shelf and its stories, and supported Apple Watch workout scheduling through WorkoutKit. There is no subscription.

Swimward uses read-only Apple Health access and keeps plans, pools, companion preferences, and reminder choices on the device. It has no Swimward account, advertising, or tracking.
